Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Current Pro is billed through Apple. To cancel or change your plan, go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and select Current. You can also manage subscriptions directly in the App Store under your account.
Can I use Current without creating an account?
Yes. Current works fully offline in local-only mode. Your data stays on your device. An account is only needed if you want to sync across multiple devices.
How do I sync my data across devices?
Sign in with Apple, Google, or email magic link on each device. Your tasks, templates, and settings will sync automatically via the cloud.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Current, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and synced data from our servers. Local data stays on your device until you remove the app. Note: you must cancel your subscription separately via Apple.
I lost my data. Can you recover it?
If you were using Current without an account (local-only mode), your data is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered if the app is deleted. If you had an account with cloud sync enabled, sign back in and your data should reappear.
Does Current access my calendar?
Only if you enable Calendar Sync (a Pro feature). Current uses Apple’s EventKit to read and write events locally on your device. No calendar data is sent to our servers.
How do I opt out of analytics?
Go to Settings > Privacy > Anonymous Analytics and turn it off. Current uses anonymised, non-identifying analytics to improve the app. No schedule content is ever included.
