Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Current ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Current is a daily time-blocking planner for iOS. The app allows you to create, organize, and manage your daily schedule through time blocks, recurring tasks, templates, and a backlog inbox.

Accounts

You may use Current without an account for local-only functionality. To enable cloud sync, you must sign in with Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

Subscriptions & Purchases

• Current offers a free tier and a paid "Current Pro" subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Standard EULA.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Current App and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create within the app (your tasks, schedules, and notes).

Disclaimers

Current is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Current App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
